Project server enterprise code error message

We receintly instralled MS Office Project Server, yesterday. We are trying
to set up the Enterprise codes. We keep receiving the error after you click
to ' Open Enterprise Global"

"You cannot check out the enterprise global as it is already checked out to
the administrator."

No one including the administrator use is signed in?

Its probalby something simple.

Follow this.

1. Ask Project Administrator to go to PWA > Projects
2. Click 'Check in my projects' option on left
3. See in the list who has that global template open.
4. Better ask that person to close the enterprise template. If his list his
session, then select the global file there & click 'Check-in' button.
5. Click Ok
6. Now you can use 'Open Enterprise Global' option to open Enterprise Global
Template.

We are receiving an message that reads 'An exception occurred with Error Code
9573'. Although we are still able to create jobs and save them to the web,
the message comes up whenever opening or closing a job.
