Project Server Exception Error

Is there a place to fine details on the Project Server Exception Error
messages that will occasionally pop up dialog box in Project Professional.
The most recent occurrence stated: "An exception occurred in the Project
Server. Project Server encountered a problem with this error code: 9603.
Please contact your server administrator." We can find no reference for
these error codes in the Microsoft Knowledge base.

But the document (link below) is only a list of error numbers, not an
explanation of why the error is occuring or how to fix it.

For example:

rsExceptionCheckSPObjectPermission = 9105

- anyone know what that means, in English?

And it only covers up to error code # 9599

So what does the error code 9603 relates to?

"9300 - 9599 are data access exception errors, and are not enumerated.
Status error codes over 9300 are the result of something going wrong while
accessing the database. "
