Project server installation on load balanced farm.

I have a MOSS 2007 installation that I am going to install project server on.
The documentation is pretty clear on how to install the Project Server on top
of MOSS. Except for one thing: which servers do I make as WFE only?

My MOSS setup is a simple three server farm. Two load balanced front ends
and one DB server. My main MOSS server is the one I am going to make the
Project Server Application Server. Do I need to make the other MOSS server
into an Apllication Server? Or can it just be a WFE?
