Project Server integration with ASP.Net Application

Hello,
We have a portal developed in ASP.NET. Now we are trying
to integrate Project server 2002 with this portal.
Integration means, when a new user is been created in our
portal, we should be able to create corresponding user in
Project server and when user logs into the portal, he will
be automatically logs into the project server.

Now i am trying to add a new user from ASP.NET, but
failed. i tried PDS, Project objects and even VBA
automation with project object. But i could not able to
comeplete it.
