Project Server is returning an unexpected answer

Hello all,
I have just installed Microsoft Project Server 2002 and
I've encountered some problems when trying all
the "publishing" functionalities.
First of all I tried to configure my Project
Professional in my "Collaboration" parameters, so I type
the Server, which I have been using in the Project Web
Access with no problem and when I click on the button to
test the connection I am getting "An unexpected answer
from the server" with the code "HTTP 405 - Resource not
allowed".
The URL I'm using is: http://pedras/ProjectServer

Could anyone could give me a hint on what might me
going on my server configuration? Does anybody know where
to find any resource on how to configure the Project
Server in the IIS?
