Project Server PWA Site names

Im getting confused with the site names and where they will be used.

I want http://Project to be the Project website.

So where do i use this name? Must i create the a new site under "Create and
extend a Web Application" or must i name the "Project web Access Path"
http://Project when creating Project Web Access Site under the SSP?

Does this make sence?

By default, the URL for Project Web Access and the URL that Project Pro willl
use is http://<servername>/<instance name>. I suspect you have already named
your server, so you are stuck with that. After you have set up an SSP and
etc and have Project Server installed, you can created a new PWA instance.
This is where you type your instance name, eg PWA, ProjectServer, etc.

If you want to just type in http://<instance name> then you'll need to
change the IIS settings.
