There is certainly no prescribed method of moving from 2007 to 2003. I could
only suggest trying to save each project our to a file and importing back
into the 2003 environment. Did you perform a staged migration or straight
upgrade? Are all your projects now in the 2007 environment?
Did you engage a company to perform your migration or did you attempt it
yourself. If the former, they should have undertook a pilot migration with
considerable UAT before cutting off the production server (as should have you
if you did it yourself). I'd certainly be looking for some reimbursement if
I'd enagage a company to perform this work.
What aspects of 2007 are you having difficulty with ! I would argue that
getting this sorted will be a lot cheaper and a better use of your time than
trying to roll back ?

Thanks. Well, numerous issues. We have had Microsoft identify a
particular bug when you add a resource to a task that is active and
has logged hours to it, throwing a GUID error, we now have project
plans that are corrupting for unknown reasons, which did not happen in
03 (and the effect of this is losing actual hours, pending hours, and
also the need to perhaps create a nrw plan fro scratch), we have
people entering and submitting time properly on the Tasks page that
disappears sometimes days later, etc. It has been quite a nightmare.
