Project Server "Risks" "Issues" Links

I have this error that I don't seem to be able to find a
fix for. When logging in to Project Server I get the
following message for Risks and Issues:


There is a problem establishing a connection with the Web
server running Windows SharePoint Services. Contact your
system administrator.


I can't find squat on Microsoft site. Anyone have info
on fixing this error. AAAAAAArrrrrgggggg..........

I found out the issue. I used two different service
accounts when setting up Sharpoint an Project Server. I
had to add both of them to the Administrators group on
the servers.
