Project Server SharePoint Services document template does not copy

For some seemingly inexplicable reason we occasionally get new projects where
the SharePoint project document folders that are held in a template, don’t
copy to the project when it is created. Is there any easy way to copy them
to the new project or has the user got to create all their missing folders
manually?

Hi Russ, out of the box you cannot apply a new template to an existing site,
though there are 3rd party tools that allow you to do that. So you are left
with two choices
1. Manually create them.
2. Create a new WSS site via the admin and associate it with the project.
