Project Server Spooler (0x80040E14)

When attempting to publish a project the above mentioned
error is encountered.

Looked into Event View on server and an error in the event
indicated a duplicate project. Thgough no duplicate appears

Any help?

The project isn't duplicated, but an assignment very likely has been
duplicated. To solve this, you can save the project as an mpp file to your
hard drive. Delete the project from Project Server and reimport the project
using the Import wizard. This will eliminate the dupe. Be aware that you
have a number of considerations in executing this action such as whether you
need to preserve the SharePoint site, or preserve any task-level Enterprise
data.
