Project Server/SQL Analysis Sevices Installation

During the installation of Project Server, I encountered this problem. When
installing SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services, I get this error:
"an error occurred during move data process-132"
and the installation stops! Unable to find any reference to this problem in
the Micorosft knowledge base. Any suggestions?

You may try to copy CD contents to a hard drive and run setup from HDD.
