Project Server Training

I am located in Florida. Does anyone know of somewhere I can get a complete
start to finish training on project server?

I am the administrator and everything I do I have learned from reading
books. As I am reading through some of these discussions, I am realizing that
is a lot that I am not using. How do you people know so much about project
server??
