Project Server User addition to Enterprise Resource Pool

I have setup 4 generic users with project server authentication and
wanted to make them as part of the enterprise resource pool. They are
not showing up in the list of available resources.

Help.

You did the process backwards. You needed to create these resources
initially in the Enterprise Resource Pool. If you create a resource without
specifying a Windows user account, then Project Server sets up the
accompanying user account in PWA for you automatically, and sets the method
of authetication to Project Server authentication (as you wanted). At this
point, you will now have to add these four users to the Enterprise Resource
Pool and then make sure the information exactly matches the user accounts
you already created. Hope this helps.
