Project Server User Information

Is there any information out there on using Microsoft Project Server? All
the information I see on the Microsoft site is technical and involves
setting up MSPS. We have already done that but need to have information for
our users on how to use it. We post projects but no one can see tasks and no
one can open them in MSPS though they show up. Any suggestions?
