Project Server Users in Raleigh NC

My company (Environmental Engineering) has started using MS Project for
schedule development/maintenance.

I am interested in learning more about how a company can utilizes the
capabilities of MS Project Server with MS Project Pro. The online
information by Microsoft is not giving me a good vision of how Project
Server would be useful in my role (Project Manager). It is more
"sales" information and I am more interesting in see the rubber meet
the road.

Is there anyone in the Raleigh, NC area that is willing/able to demo
for me their typical workday using MS Project and MS Project Server?

I am most interested in how it works for a project manager in pulling
together a project team and maintaining a good view of the project.
