Project Server Web Access problem

Hi All,

I am facing a peculiar problem with accessing the projectserver from the
web.

I have configured firewall for authentication such that whenever
projectserver is accessed externally from the web, from outside the domain,
it asks for a domain authentication.
This works fine when I try to access the URL

However, once I am on the projectserver home page, logged into it, whenever
I try to access the tasks or projects section, it again pops up the
authentication window, and refuses to accept the password. I tried logging
in even using the domain admin, but the same. Subsequently, when I cancel
the pop-up, I get a runtime error, with an error message saying that "Error
1368: Internet Server Error: Access Denied".

Here also, the pop-up does not accept the password.

I have tried to log in using the Domain Administrator login as well, but of
no use...

Any help would be highly appreciated.
