Project Server Web Resource views not workin

I have multiple projects created with resources assigned to the tasks
within them. These projects have priorities and their tasks have
priorities.

My problem:
I'm using the Resource Assignment view to see a breakdown (grouping
by)
Resource & Task Priority

The problem is that all tasks show up with zero priority and get
grouped as the same priority in the view. This is incorrect because
each of the project's tasks have different priorities, so I would
expect to see something like this.

Instead I'm seeing,

Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you fix it.
