Project Server won't connect to Sharepoint SPS

I can connect to one Sharepoint installation [DEV AD domain] but I can't
connect to another installation [PROD AD Domain] it tells me
"The specified windows account must be valid user on the windows sharepoint
server... The windows account must be in the Sharepoint Central
Administrator group"

I don't know what to do, I've tried everything. If anyone has an idea,
please let me know.

Hello All:

MS Support found the reason for the problem. The sharepoint site MUST have
windows integrated authentication turned on. My site only had basic
authentication.
