Project showing on resource's timesheet twice

Has anyone experienced the following issue and/or know how
to resolve.....

- I have a project that has been published to the
Enterprise system only once. However, the project is
being displayed on resource's timesheet twice. Also, the
published plan is not being updated with 'actuals' from
the webserver. It gives confirmation that actual hours
have been accepted and the plan has been updated but the
project plan itself do not reflect that the new
information has been received.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like you've run into a project duplication issue. If you ever
saved this project to a file after it was published the first time, it's
