Project showing open

Dear All,

One from our user open one project on MS-Project2003 professional after that he colsed. He tryed to open that project again by the same tool, but that project shows open by the same user. Right now he can open it as Read Only. I check all the users no one open that project.

MY Question, there is any place i can see how is using that project and from which machine? or there is place I can disconnect/unlock that user?

In Project Server 2002, I use Admin>Manage enterprise features>Check in
enterprise projects.

This happens to us everytime a user closes a project without using
File>Close.
