Project Standard 2003

I have been installed project new version but I cannot
use e-mail to work with my workgroup.

A document into disk installation tell that this
facilitie was eliminated from project 2003 and if I need
more info they mention one access to "Configuring
Workgroup message handler for MS Office project
2002"...but this link connects to nothing...

I need info about how to configure a workgroup?
