Project Task Details

So I have equipment in my task list that runs similar as follows:
PM Shakers
PM Conveyors
PM Pumps

with a timeline to the right of it. My question is how do I best
highlight what needs to be done for example, to a specific conveyor or
two on the PM Conveyors line? I've been inserting 'comments' over on
the left column but wondered if there might not be a better way.

Hi John,

You could insert one of the custom Text fields (Text1 for example) and
use that to record the details of the task. Then if you print the
table, the comments would be visible on the same line.
