I have a project where tasks in one series are dependent
upon completion of activities in another project. When I
look at the summary the duration of the first task
includes the duration of the second (in total).
Ie., task 1 has a finish start dependency on task 3 which
links back to the completion of task 2. When I group
tasks 1&2 together it includes the time associated with
task 3.
Is there a way I can remove the "excess" to determine the
actual amount of time it takes to complete the first task
assuming that the second will complete?
