I have one stuck in personal folders/drafts. I have tried saving, deleting
and most things that are obvious. What folders are they stored in. Maybe I
can delete directly from their.

I've never noticed BCM items in the drafts folder. Have you tried
dragging it to deleted items or some other folder?
