Project Tasks not listed in PWA

I have few projects listed on my project server 2003, that includes
NonProject activities, Trainings etc.

Now when I add a new Project, it's not listed for the resources,
including ME!!!

What could be wrong? I tried to republish the file, but no hope.

Please help. TIA
