I would like to create a cutom footer field for all views in a project file
where I can maintain it in one source location and it will be progated to all
views when I print. Thanks.

Hi Harry,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

I don't think this is possible, thought you could try recording a macro to
do this and use Organizer to copy it to Global.mpt to make it available to
all projects.
