Project Visisbility in PWA

Hello all
Can we restrict the projects one can view from the project center? I expected that only the projects I have tasks on would be visible in the project center. I have set up usertest as a team member and category my tasks and it can see ALL projects in the project Center view. Can this be changed???

This can all be done with Project Server security (categories, RBS codes,
etc...)

Ok That doesnt help
I have a user that is not a resource on any project. According to the docs if I delegate a task to them they will inherit team member status. Now that has been done. They can see NO projects at all. If I assign them Team Member and go to categories and set as follow
My Tasks permissions set by team member no proj vi
if I add My Proj with no permissions still no vis
If I set My projects permissions equal to team Member ALL projects are now visible. Not just the one that has 1 task delegated
Please Help!
