Project Web Access Detail View

I am having an issue where the Project Web Access View (PWA) will function
for all projects with the exception of one child project and the associated
master project. All settings appear to be set correctly and the issue is
isolated to just these two items.
The specific message that appears when trying to retrieve the detail project
view is: Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view.
It is most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project,
another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able to view it or
that another user is in the process of publishing the project.

Has anyone seen this error before and is there a solution?

There are seventeen child project plans connected to one master and only one
of the seventeen and the master are having the issue of not displaying in the
PWA Project Detail View. All projects open in Project Professional with no
errors and will save and rebuplish throough the queue service.
Please note that this instance does not have the Infrastructure Update
installed due to the use of Custom Fields.
