Project Web Access Error after implementing the August 2002 update.

I ran the update that microsoft has on their site for
project from August 20, 2002 that is supposed to include a
security fix for office web components and now I have
clients that can not view the project list on the project
central site.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Has anyone else
installed this update? It only appears to be happening
with windows xp pro machines.
