Project Web Access in outlook calendar

I am using outlook 2003 and project server pro 2003, and have the plug
in installed.

I am able to import the task assignment from project server. However,
when I open the imported item in outlook calendar, click on Project
Web Access tab and it shows nothing.

Any ideas? I have also checked Linked to external timesheet system on
the project servers and I definitely have permission to do it.
