We are currently running Microsoft Project 2002 and
Project Web Access - Since SAP is the Core Application at
our Company, we had an interface from PWA to SAP for time
entry. There were some issues with this, so eventually
time entry in PWA was dismantled . Now as projects are
created and resources assigned to tasks, the timesheets in
PWA continues to grow in size, since it is not being
utilized and tasks are continually entered in P2002.
Since we are not utilizing PWA timesheets for updating
tasks, is there anyway to turn the timesheet off?
What about licensing issues? Is it possible that we can
reduce the amount of licenses since people aren't using
PWA even though still in the Enterprise Resource Pool?
