Project Web Server 2003 errors

I receive the following error when trying to access Project Web Server

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f'

'null' is null or not an object

This is the classic error one receives when one incorrectly applies a
service pack to Project Server. It indicates that the sql script that
updates the database was not run or run against the wrong database.
