Project won't open!

Has anyone else experienced this? I have a couple of users who have this
problem--most don't. When they open a project plan from an email attachment,
Project automatically opens and everything is fine. Then, if they close out
of Project and later try to open Project from the Start menu, nothing
happens, Project doesn't open. They have to restart their machine. (If they
don't open an email attachment, they can open and close Project at will.) Any
thoughts?

We have experienced this on our side. The reason I dont have an answer
for.
The solution is to open up the task Manager.
You will see that the WINPROJ.EXE has not been released from memory.
Click on WINPROJ.EXE and end the process.
This is an alternative to rebooting.
