Project workspaces - how to do some changes

Hi All,

I has been asked to modify Project Workspaces, and I am not sure how to do it.
In out organization we have Project Server 2007 and Project Workspaces are
configured and works fine.
I have been asked to make some changes in the Project Workspaces Template so
every new Project will be created with new templates.

How can I change currently existing workspaces in that case that I will not
destroy anything (together with existing workspaces).

Maybe question is simple but I coudn't find answer how to do it. I never did
that before and out infrastracture was done before I joined that company.

(if possible rovide me with step by step as this is totally new for me)

Hi Rafal,

To base new project workspaces on a new template, you have to create and
register a new site template on the PWA and set that template as the default
for new sites.

Unfortunately you cannot automatically apply the new template to existing
sites - so existing sites will remain as they are even though you update the
template new sites are based on.
