Can anyone please help?

We were piloting the microsoft system and have since decided to take all our
projects offline.

We now have our projects saved offline and are working in offline mode
however the envelopes for publishing changes still appears whenever a change
is made.

Can anyone please help me to remove any links to the online functionality

How did you take these projects offline? What steps did you use? Why are
you taking all your projects offline? What is your purpose for doing so?

I'm guesssing you used File > Save Offline. That command is to be used when
you intend to put the project back online later, preserving its enterprise
functionality.

If you really want to create permanent standalone files, use File > Save As
Save as File.
