When using the ProjectBeforeClose Event a dialogbox is shown where you can
select checkin / save-discard. Also on this dialog is a button to cancel the
process.
When Cancel is choosen the ProjectBeforeClose event is executed despite the
cancel button.
Any idea how to prevent this to happen?
