projected calendar stuff

I am wanting to create a projected calendar similar to Outlook but I don't
quite know where to start or look for help.
Can anyone suggest how to do this.

Can you define a "projected calendar"? Are we talking tables and records or
forms or reports?

Duane,
I'm meaning tables and forms just like or similar to outlook. where you can
enter data per day. In my case I need to add on a date an amount of hours
worked then add them up at the end. I will only need 28 days so 28 fields
should do it.

"28 days...28 fields" this sounds very unnormalized. I'm not sure how
Outlook pertains to what you describe with tracking data per day.

I'd like to know how to code in Access to display the Outlook calendar for a
specific month for a specific person (to which I have access to) so that I
can view his/her availaibility...
