Projects and passwords

Hi All!
Can i setup password for projects, published on Project Server?
Or may be i can setup permissions for users, such as: first manager create
project and save it, other managers must have "Read only" right for this
Project?

But may be my english is bad, and you don't understand my question.
I try tell one more:
Our enterprise use Project Server+SQL 2005.
First manger create project in Project Professional, and save them in
Project Server.
I need that other manager can only read this project, and thos first manager
can edit it.
Can i do this? And how?

Dear Max;

yes you can do do through the administration of the project server

by default any PM have read/ right access to any project he creates

you can creeate a new security category and add the secound user to it and
give them a view access to any requested projects in this case they will
have a read only access
