Projects and Sub Projects

When creating a large project that have several sub projects tied to the main
project, who can publish? Can only the PM publish all, or, can the individual
owners of the sub projects publish just their piece? How is this
done/configured??

Each "Sub Project PM" can publish their projects, but dont necessarily have
access to the Master project. By saying this, you can of course amend the
security to your organisational needs. Project Server is very good with
setting flaxible security.

I have tested and this works well. What concerns do I need to be aware of?
What effects can happen if the master project is published? It seems as
though I have read about not publishinging tasks in the master project.
