Projects Error

I am receiving an error when starting Microsoft projects professional 2003.
The error states (Error occurred while trying to access Project Server: This
could be caused by low memory – some components might not be installed or
registered properly on your computer – some components might have become
unstable.)

• I have checked the memory on the XP professional workstation and it has a
1GB and the windows 2003 enterprise server Has 2 GB.
• I have restarted the service Project Server Views Notification Service in
services and I am still receiving the error with all most all projects I open.
• I have reinstalled projects on the workstation as well.

Any insight on the error?

Try disabling any anti-virus software on the workstation. These sometime
cause this problem with project server.
