ProjectServer 2003 / Bug in SP3 ???? TaskDelegation

Hi,

after some time using the PS2003 SP3 I wanted to try the task
delegation in PWA.
Finally the following error occurs and even our IT partners is
discovering the same issue!

Error Message in Internet Explorer
(after clicking 'send' on last delegate page)
