When I go to a Sharepoint workspace for a Project and select a list, if I try
to 'edit in datasheet', I get the following message from Internet Explorer:

"The list cannot be displayed in Datasheet view for one of the following
reasons:
-A Datasheet component compatible with Windows Sharepoint Services is not
Installed.
-Your web browser does not support ActiveX controls.
-Support for ActiveX controls is disabled."

Since I have all ActiveX controls either enabled or prompt enabled, I'm
assuming it's looking for the 'Datasheet component' referred to in the first
reason. Does anyone know what datasheet components I need?

I think it is looking for the 2003 web components.
