prompt for Subject field office 2003

I want to force Outlook 2003 to prompt for a subject
field when one is not included.

You'll need to use an addin or VBA. Look for VBA samples at outlookcode.com
or http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#compose for utilities - or
http://www.ssw.com.au/SSW/LookOut/ for one I know will do it.
