Prompt "Show tasks using:" when opening a project

I have a few projects on Project Server 2003. When opening one, it always
prompts with a pop-up and a drop down for:
Using Resource
Show tasks using:

I've tried changing views, to no avail. How do I eliminate this pop-up on
project open?
