Prompt to update from links - how to disable it

Using GoldMine (version 6) and its Word Link we build a lot of
templates that call in data from GoldMine. These are listed as "links"
in MS Word 2002 but we do not seem able to prevent the program from
asking us if we want to update these links on creating a new document
from any template
Is there a template or other setting we can use that will avoid this
irritating message?

We have now solved this problem - If you UNTICK the Automatic Update
Links at Open check box in Options- General the prompts do not appear
- this is counter-intuitive for most users!
