promted email addresses

I just copied outlook to a new computer. All came accross ok, but the prompt
for email addresses is not there. How do i transfer these?

What do you mean you "copied outlook to a new computer." That could mean
anything. State accurately what you did.
What do you mean by a "prompt for an email address?"
