Proofing Tool in other languages?

I have a Basic Edition of Office 2003 in English (Word Excel & Outlook) and
although I mainly use English I often create documents in Dutch. Is there
anyway I can download/install the proofing tool to aloow me to check my Dutch
documents or do I have to purchase some additional software/add-in?
