Proofing Tools 2003 ?

Hi

since i have installed microsoft office Professional Edition 2003 and I
like to Spellcheck German Documents, i have to buy the Proofing tools 2003

there are two different cds

1. MS Proofing Tools 2003 W32 Media Kit for about 30 USD
and
2. MS Proofing Tools 2003 W32 for about 60 USD

Which one do I need ?
