Is it possible to download freely the other languages of Proofing Tools of
Office X English?

You can't (they're all in the value pack folder on your Office CD).

Nevertheless, the proofing tools have had many updates in Office X. If
you plan on installing some of them for this version of Office, I'd
suggest you'd deinstall Offie (backing up customizations like
templates...) and that you'd reinstall Office from scratch with the
proffing tools, and then upgrade all the way to 10.1.5.
