proper tables in onenote? when?

I wonder when we could have tables from webpages copied and pasted
properly in OneNote

In what sense? What is "proper"?

Table support in ON will not have all of the advanced formatting features
found in spreadsheet programs and word processors, so ON must eliminate
some of these formatting features when pasting a table from another
program.

maybe, the "Send to OneNote" printer is the thing you need? Make sure
to highlight the table and use the "print only selected text" feature
in your browser when "printing"

Like Erik, I'm not clear on what you mean by "properly".

Can you describe what you're looking for and what ON does not do for you?
